Welcome to BLANKbottle
The BLANKbottle concept started in 2004, driven by the interactive communication between myself and the adventurous wine drinker - using the internet as tool. The concept soon proved to be a good vehicle in the quest for sustained innovation in wine. Today, I release all new BLANKbottle wines (in the region of 8 per year) exclusively to the BLANKbottle community. To join this community and be kept in the loop of what’s happening at BLANKbottle, please subscribe to my mailing list.
As owner-winemaker, I form alliances with vineyards, winemakers and wineries all over South Africa. As the name implies, BLANKbottle leaves you in the dark about the cultivar, region and year of vintage, giving you no label to go by, only your taste! I sell straight to the consumer only, mainly via this website. It’s here where you’ll find the full story behind your BLANKbottle by searching under its unique BATCH NAME.

PS: I also have a 100% money back guarantee on all wines, no questions asked.
